Cool bleiben…
Hallo!
Restricted and Prohibited Actions and Items:
- Prohibitions and Restrictions
5.1 The following items may not be brought into venues: Weapons, explosives, chemical or detonation devices, tear gas, smoke bombs, even if they are legally carried, knives, drugs or other illegal substances, fireworks, firecrackers, poles, bats, and any objects in general that may cause bodily harm, even if they are legally carried, motorbikes, bicycles, roller-skates, skateboards, other skate-types, electronic equipment of any Broadcasting Company without broadcast rights, flags of non-participating countries, flags of participating countries that are larger than approximately 2 x 1 meters, alcoholic drinks, banners (larger than approximately 1x1 meters. Smaller banners are permitted on the condition that they are not affixed to metal, wood or plastic poles or frames), horns, laser devices and other devices that may be bothersome, flag poles, signs, umbrellas, commercial items with obvious logos of competitive companies to sponsors (hats, T-shirts, bags, etc.), pirated ATHENS 2004 products, announcements, brochures, unauthorised publications, balls, rackets, frisbees and similar objects, large quantities of coins, lighters, musical instruments, unauthorised signs, advertising print material with religious, political, or offensive content, glass bottles, canteens, thermoses, coolers, ice cube trays, water, beverages, and generally any material in any form with any content or any objects that ATHOC in cooperation with Security may characterise dangerous or inappropriate. In addition, food is not allowed (except for medical reasons that can be proven with appropriate documents), animals (except for police dogs and guide dogs for people with vision impairment), large objects, suitcases, bags, folding chairs, stools, etc., (these will be allowed in sporting events carried out on public roads or highways – Marathon, Race Walking, Cycling, Triathlon) as well as for the three-day Equestrian event), baby strollers (these are not allowed in the stands, there will be an appropriate guarded storage area and process for returning strollers). ATHOC may alter this list of forbidden objects any time and for each venue.
5.2 For your safety and security and the safety and security of others, the following actions are not allowed at venues: smoking; gambling; unauthorised collection of money (for charities or other purposes), coordinated group promotion or advertising efforts (such as a group of spectators in adjacent seats with a letter or symbol on each shirt that together form an advertising, political, or religious message), ambush marketing activities, political or religious activities and protests, the sale of goods by unauthorised individuals (street sellers) or places (carts, refreshment stands, etc.), unauthorised ticket sales, unauthorised transmission and/or recording through mobile phones or other recording devices (video cameras, tape recorders, etc.) for commercial use, entry of unauthorised television spokespeople with recording equipment and cameras, flash photography, dangerous, indecent, or intrusive behaviour or any behaviour not conducive to good public order, distribution of unauthorised publications, brochures, etc., entry attempts by spectators to areas requiring accreditation, soliciting for money or other profits in an unauthorised fashion (for example by playing music, or singing outside, by collecting money for charity, by selling tickets, including Games tickets), involvement in activities that may deter spectators from watching events or involvement in any other activities deemed dangerous or inappropriate by ATHOC. ATHOC may alter this list of forbidden objects/activities any time and for each venue.
5.3 All ticket holders agree to submit to checks prior to or during entry to venues. The checks will be conducted for safety reasons and will include personal searches and searches of baggage, and other items carried by spectators.
Julia
