first off: you seem so in love - that’s amazing! I wish my boyfriend was more like that! 
You seem to really adore her, which is sweet but let’s remember: girls don’t want to be adored, they want to be loved. And even though it is really cute that you think she is perfect, nobody really is. I doubt that you find all of her flaws cute, so don’t lie!
To answer your question: she doesn’t do it, you do! It is your perception that makes her appear so perfect. I don’t know what other girls do - i guess they hope for a guy like you that makes them feel perfect as well.
How you can get to that level? Well, just give her a really great present. It will make her love you more, perceive you as more flawless - more perfect - and you will feel more perfect in the process (because her feelings reflect on you). Repeat that at regular intervals to get more and more perfect.

I think you make some very good points, but I can assure you, it is not my perception. It is actual facts! You should watch peoples faces when she’s around; sometimes I feel like I’m walking with either a celebrity or a ridiculously hot over sized magnet because eyes keep wandering to her no matter we we go.
What kind of present should I get her??? That’s a really hard question! Help me!!

Presents I can’t help you with - you know her best! Just put some thought into it. What does she like? What does she always talks about? Keep an eye on the things she looks at during the day or when you are at a store. Girls are usually really open with what they desire. For example, you might be at a store with her, hearing her say: „Oh! This nailpolish is so cute! I wish it wasn’t so expensive.“ There you go! You can’t get a better hint than that. Get it for her (don’t tell her), wait 1-2 days and then give it to her. She will be super happy and not just because you gave her something, but mainly because you listened to her and payed attention to what she liked.
In general: a girl likes surprises that shows her that the guy knows her and what she likes. This can be a concert ticket that she always wanted to go to, a movie she always wanted to watch, a game she enjoys, a restaurant she likes to go to, or simply knowing how she likes her coffee (with sugar, milk, without?). Subtle attention is the key word. Don’t mess it up by wanting too much credit for it (she doesn’t want to feel like you only did it to collect points and credits, but for her sake only. She wants you to do it to make her happy, not to gain some extra points as a boyfriend) So be subtle about it, be like „it’s just something small. i know you liked it, so i wanted you to have it“ - you will take her breath.
