Windows Explorer verabschiedet sich regelmäßig

Hallo,

habe seit einigen Tagen das Problem, dass
mein Windows explorer Abschmiert. Diese Probleme
tretten meist beim verbinden auf GameServern in BF3,
beim beenden von BF3 auf. Man beachte den ersten Bericht,
dieser ist für mich irgendwie seltsam, den BF3 hat
offiziel keine Probleme mit Hamachi.

Habe dazu mal einige Auszüge aus dem Fehlerberichten
kopiert und füge Sie euch ein. Zur letzt, meine Treiber
sind alle UpToDate, dies habe ich vor einigen Tagen
gemacht gehabt weil ich ja schon selber gegoogelt habe.

Paar wichtige Angaben fehlen leider noch: Welche Ausgabe (Edition) von Windows Vista hast du? 32 oder 64-Bit? Welches SP (ServicePack) hast du installiert?

Nun, wie man sehen kann, wir das Problem aber offensichtlich durch dieses Programm verursacht. Und eine weiter Möglichkeit auszuschlissen: Was für ein Virenscanner hast du installiert? Deaktiverte mal zum Test vorübergehend den Virenschutz und schaue, ob das Programm mit dem Explorer dann so nicht mehr auftritt.

Hallo,

habe Vista HP 32 Bit mit SP2 und gegen Viren habe ich
Kaspersky PURE (9.1.0.124) installiert.

Anmerkung: Seit dem ich Hamachi nicht mehr an mache, kommt
auch dafür keine Fehlermeldung, denoch bekomme ich diese
jedoch mit anderen Daten / Programm Gründen.

Nun, lade mal folgendes Programm runter und führe dies als Administrator aus:

http://live.sysinternals.com/autoruns.exe

Warte dann bis unten nicht mehr Scanning… sondern Ready steht.
Wähle dann File -> Save -> Dateityp auf Text (*.txt) ändern und dann das Log abspeichern. Kopiere dann den Inhalt der Log-Datei mal hier in den Post.

Grundsätzlich ist es so, dass der Windows Explorer grundsätzlich sehr stabil ist, auch wenn es selten trotzdem mal vorkommen kann, dass der abstürtzt. Stützt er regemässig und oft ab, liegt das Problem in aller Regel an einer Erweiterung, welche sich im Explorer installiert hat.

Ich habe das Log-Files analysieren und würde folgende empfehlen:
Deinstalliere mal diese zimlich fragwürdigen Tools:

Wenn eigentlich enthält Windows zimlich alles, was es braucht. Da die Tools permantet laufen und somit Prozessorleistung und RAM vebrauchen, kann das nach meiner Ansicht nach nicht zu einer Geschwindigkeitsverbessrung führen. Gute Dienste tut auch das autoruns-Programm (von meine letzetn Post), wo man vorallem unter:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
und
C:\Users[benutzer]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
Programme deaktiveren kann, von denen man nicht will, dass diese beim Start des PCs automatisch gestratet und geladen werden.

Zur Info: Folgende nicht Microsoft Programm haben eine Erweiterung im Explorer installiert und können zu diesem Probelm führen:

-7-Zip
-Kaspersky Anti-Virus
-MyPhoneExplorer
-Nero BackItUp
-Nero Burning ROM
-OODefrag4
-TuneUp Shredder
-WinOptimizer
-WinAce-Archiver
-Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware
-UltraISO
-Adobe Acrobat Reader (Der wir ok sein…)

Kann auch sein, dass sich einige diese Erweiterungen sich gegenseitig nicht vertragen. Ist „Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware“ ein automatischer Scanner wie Kaspersky oder nur ein manueller? Grundsätzlich erkennt der Kaspersky Maleware ja auch.

Hi,

habe nun alle TuneUp Programme sowie jegliche art von Anti-Virensoftware
bis auf Kaspersky entfernt, es ist immer noch genau so. Habe aber gleich-
zeitig mal aus der laune herraus, den EA Support kontaktiert, weil mir
BF3 ja immer mit dem Explorer Abstürzt…

…gucken was die in wenigen tagen dazu sagen, danke dir denoch für
deine Mühe !!! (das system läuft jetzt aber wenigstens schneller xD)

Schneller… na, da siehst du was diese TuneUp-Dinger taugen :wink:

Versuche mal noch folgende Option im Windows Explorer: Organisieren -> Ordner und Suchoptionen -> Register „Ansicht“ -> Option „Ordnerfenster in eingenem Prozess starten“ aktivieren -> ok

Viel Glück mit dem Support von BF3.
